1. Overview

General information about our refund terms

TagPulse offers a free tier for personal use that requires no payment. For our paid subscriptions (Fleet Control and Corporate), every new subscription begins with a 14-day free trial. You enter your payment details when you subscribe, but your card is not charged until day 15.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. This policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through Paddle.

2. Free Tier

TagPulse Home is free forever

TagPulse Home is free forever for personal use. No payment is required, so no refund applies. You can use the free tier indefinitely without any obligation.

3. 14-Day Free Trial

No charge if you cancel before day 15

Every new TagPulse Fleet Control subscription begins with a 14-day free trial. You enter your payment details when you subscribe, but your card is not charged until day 15. If you cancel any time before then, you pay nothing.

After the 14-day trial, your subscription begins automatically at the plan and quantity you selected at signup. Your card is charged on day 15.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Our 14-day free trial period covers and exceeds this right — you can cancel anytime during the trial without charge. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

4. How to Cancel During Your Trial

Stop the charge before day 15

To avoid being charged on day 15, cancel before then:

  • Cancel directly from your fleet dashboard — cancellation is immediate and takes effect right away
  • Use the subscription management link in your trial confirmation email from Paddle
  • Or email us at info@tagpulse.ai with your account email and we will cancel for you

If you cancel during the 14-day trial, you pay nothing. No card transaction takes place.

5. Cancellation

Cancel anytime with no hidden fees

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time after the trial ends. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual)
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Your fleet dashboard access continues until the period expires
  • Your machines revert to the free Home tier after expiration

Annual subscriptions: When you cancel an annual subscription, you keep full access until the end of your paid year. We do not refund the paid portion of an annual subscription.

To cancel, use your fleet dashboard, the subscription management portal in your Paddle confirmation email, or contact us at info@tagpulse.ai.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

When refunds may not apply

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • Pro-rated refunds for partial monthly or annual billing periods
  • Annual subscriptions after the trial ends — cancellation stops future renewals but the paid year is non-refundable
  • Charges arising from a Terms of Service violation
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described before purchase

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. Chargebacks are handled by Paddle as our payment processor.

Tip

Reaching out to us directly is usually faster than going through your bank and helps us resolve the issue on the spot.

8. Payment Processor

All payments handled securely by Paddle

All payments for TagPulse paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (for customers globally) or Paddle.com Inc. (for US customers). Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record, meaning Paddle is the entity that charges your payment method and appears on your bank or credit card statement. For payment-related inquiries, you may also contact Paddle directly through the links provided in your purchase receipt.

Customers may have additional statutory rights under their local consumer protection laws (for example, the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). Where such rights apply and are not waived at checkout, they are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record under their Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have.

9. Changes to This Policy

How we communicate updates

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of paid services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
